Crosslinks is producing a robust diagnostic analysis platform to support Skyline Diagnostics in their efforts to deliver Affymetrix based microarray diagnoses (AMLProfiler) of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). This allows a fast and accurate identification of Leukemia subtypes and enables to employ the most effective subtypespecific treatments as quickly as possible. Our platform is designed to be compliant with the stringent demands of the FDA and designated to be available either as Software as a Service (SaaS) or as an “in house” solution for other biotech companies with similar microarray-based diagnostics.
Another product of Crosslinks is V-Scope, which provides desktop 3-D medical image rendering and medical virtual reality visualization. This innovative product enables researchers and clinicians to analyze and manipulate their CT, MRI, OPT, Ultrasound and PET data and image datasets in a more sophisticated way.
Current projects include the development of new bioinformatics platforms fordiagnostic purposes, such as neonatal EEG monitoring with automatic seizure detection and the rapid identification of bacteria in clinical environments. Negotiations about further diagnostic platforms with multiple partners are in progress.
